About

Ela Çelik is a Zurich-based photographer and visual storyteller with a unique focus on capturing movement and emotion. Drawing from her long-standing passion for dance, she brings a professional perspective to showcasing the body in motion through her lens.

Ela completed her apprenticeship as a Mediamatikerin EFZ, which laid the foundation for her career in visual media. She began as a press photographer with Tages-Anzeiger and continued to refine her skills at 20 Minuten. Later, she expanded her expertise as a content creator for photography and videography at Aroma, gaining experience in diverse formats such as portraits, food, sports, events, documentaries, and reportage.

In September 2024, Ela began her full-time Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication at the Zurich University of the Arts . Alongside her studies, she works as a freelancer, combining her practical experience with new insights from her academic journey to deliver refined and impactful visual content.
